We purchased these in the neutral color since we didn't know the gender of the baby before the birth. We use these burp cloths all the time! Since our baby doesn't spit up that much, we get a good use out of them before washing.
They've already been through several washes and they are still soft and have held together well. Recommend!

These work great. Much better than those flimsy little cloth ones. They could be a bit bigger but manage to hold lots of drool and spit up anyway!

Unlike the previous reviewer, we haven't had problems with pilling or falling apart, and we've been washing these almost daily for 5 weeks because we have twins who spit up A LOT. We received them as a gift, and I agree that just getting cloth diapers is much more cost effective, and I probably wouldn't buy them for myself. That said, they're cheerful, which is nice in the middle of the night.

For [...] each these are certainly not worth it. They looked nice in the picture but the quality is not good. They became worn out after the first wash and have been pilling. Go with the cheaper option of cloth diapers instead.

I got these from my registry, pre-washed them and the middle section bunched up horribly which will considerably affect their absorbansy. They are nothing more than a cheap prefold cloth diaper with a flannel binding added. Buy better quality prefolds to use, or just the flannel burp rags or recieving blankets.

I bought these burp cloths when I was pregnant just because they were cute and I wanted to buy some baby stuff. These turned out to be my favorite of the different types of burp cloths I have. They are just the right size, not too big like the cloth diapers and not too small like some other ones I have. I have washed them several times, and the pattern has not faded. On one side is the pattern, and the other side is terry cloth. I think the terry cloth keeps the spit up from running all over the place. I'm buying more of these.

Our baby has reflux issues and is a spit-up queen, so we desperately needed more burp clothes. We'd been using some prefold diapers, but wanted something that looked a bit nicer. Some friends had given us Babylicious burp clothes in a gift set, and those were too small and the flannel backing was cheap, plus they constantly came out of the wash wrinkled (and who wants to iron a burp cloth?).
The Trend Lab burp cloths are nicer than the Babylicious cloths. Like them, they have a colorful fabric back, with an absorbent fabric on the other side. In the case of the Trend Lab cloths, the absorbent fabric is terry cloth, which works better and is thick enough that the burp cloths don't wrinkle in the dryer. On the other hand, they aren't huge; that can be an advantage if you want something to put in a diaper bag, but is a disadvantage if you have a child who spits up a lot, as they get soaked pretty quickly.
All in all, the cheapest and most absorbent option for a burp cloth is still a prefold diaper -- plus they are great soft cloths for household use once they baby's outgrown them. I'm not sure you'd want to use one of the nicer Trend Lab cloths as a rag. However, it's nice to have a few of the Trend Lab cloths for more formal occasions when you're out with the baby.
FYI: Another absorbent option -- one that's much larger than the Trend Lab cloths, and also nicer than a white prefold -- is the Aden + Anais burp cloth. They're more expensive, but they're big and can also be used as a bib.
Trend Lab Dr. Seuss's burpcloths

I bought these because I wanted something that looks fun and kiddie and they are. Just don't expect something big. These are more comparable to face towels and the stitching on the edges could be better. A lot of extra threads that I had to trim. Because it's pretty small we use it more as bibs when feeding our daughter.
I ordered these to be an extra pad for his changing table, so we wouldn't have to wash the changing table cover as often. It washes up wonderfully and the quilting is still strong after lots of use and washes.

I use these pads on top of the changing pad and cover. They are great. They get poopy stains on them all the time and surprisingly the stain always comes out with just plain detergent. I always wash them in cold and just lay it flat to dry. I was worried it would fall apart if put in dryer. It looks as good as new. I am happy with these. Great product to protect your changing pad cover.

The pads were a bit smaller than I was expecting them to be, however they work great! I use them to protect my changing tables. They're too big to be over the shoulder "burp pads", but would probable be great protection during tummy time.

These came in handy many times whenever I didn't want something to get soaked with spit-up or risk being peed on. They aren't completely water proof...if they get soaked and you leave it sitting there, they will soak through. But, if you pick it up once the liquid gets on it, then it prevents the furniture from getting wet. They also wash really easily.

These pads have come in very handy. I've used them as liners in baby's co-sleeper, placed them under baby's head while feeding, etc. Machine washable, and dry quickly when hung. Great essential product.

I have four kids and just discovered these burp cloths. My baby is 2 months old and she is my second "spitter." I had a favorite before these, but these are so much better. They are soft on baby's skin, lightweight so I don't feel like I"m wearing a diaper on my shoulder, and most importantly, absorbent. Since my baby spits up so much, I don't expect to use one burp cloth for the whole day. It lasts 2-3 feedings and then launders perfectly. Some burp cloths are easy to maneuver on the shoulder, but only last one feeding. Others are actually huge diapers and would last all day, but be totally gross and stinky. This one is a perfect middle ground.

These are cute burp cloths that look prettier than plain Gerber cloth diapers but are still sturdy enough for serious use. I really love these and have amassed quite a stack of them, so we're never too far from one!

These burp cloths are cute, and work well enough. I'd like something bigger and softer, so the best burp cloths I've found are receiving blankets. They don't scratch up baby's face.

Gerber Knit Burpcloths

Not bad for the price and quality better than other Gerber cloths and apparels such as mittens, onesies, overalls, etc. Good size, too.
These seemed like a good less expensive alternative to the Gerber cloths. However, they are not worth the money. They are very thin flannel that became very pilled after only a few washes. They also have different patterns than what is in the picture. The yellow package is actually green. Spend a little more for the Gerber flannel or knit cloths.

I bought the pink 3-pack for my 6 month old. These are larger than the current burp clothes I use but they're very thin and don't hold up to much use before needing a good washing. I bought Gerber terry burpclothes that are much thicker and better than these but unfortunately, Amazon sells those for three times the amount of these burp clothes...

These burp cloths are 10" x 13" which is plenty big for my shoulder. I have purchased many different types of burp clothes and these are the best. I have a baby with GERD that spits up at least 10-15 times a day. The best part about these are that they don't leak through right away! The patterns are very distinct and easy to find in the laundry, diaper bag, or anywhere else. I would recommend sticking with one set as opposed to getting many different colors for this reason.
As some people called one side "rough"... it's terrycloth and that is what helps keep the spit up from just rolling down the cloth and onto your lap or shirt. It's not too rough at all. I highly recommend this.

I bought two sets of these a few weeks ago, and I'm back for a third set. They are great to have all over the house so you'll never be without a quality burp cloth. Pretty, Stand-out at daycare, absorbent

If you're looking for burp cloths that are pretty and useful, these definitely do the trick. White terrycloth on one side, woven or knit patterned fabric on the other. It's the terry cloth that makes this an absorbent burp cloth for all kinds of spit-ups. I don't think the terry is any stiffer than a cheap towel (other reviewers complained that they are scratchy), but realistically these aren't as soft as minky type cloths and regular cloth diaper burp cloths. I don't mind as I use them on my shoulder for a 5-month old that can hold her head up (I might not have liked them when she was a few weeks old). I'm giving only 4 stars because one of the cloths has a knit fabric which shrunk, causing it to be smaller than the terry cloth it is sewn onto. It looks deformed. But the other three are great.

This sleep sheep and spill cloth set is a perfect little gift for a baby shower. The spill rags are extremely soft and my neice absolutely loves the sleep sheep.
Take note of the product dimensions as this product is smaller than I expected it to be, but nonetheless an awesome gift.

I didn't realize how small this would be but it's not a problem. I should have looked at the dimensions. I would still have bought it had I known it was small. I washed these right after I got them before using for my 5 month old baby boy, they SHRUNK a few inches in size, they do absorb well but they are smaller then I thought they would be. They are soft and cute though!
